Indianapolis Women-Owned Business Enterprise Program

It provides assistance to minorities, women, and other socially and economically disadvantaged individuals to enter the highway construction and design industries.
Experienced in public security and savvy in business, Marie founded Protection Plus over 20 years ago. Protection Plus was the city’s first female-owned security service. Created by Marie’s stamina and dedication, the company has grown from 12 to 120 employees and has had several contracts with major corporations, including United Airlines.
We salute Marie Stanley for more than 20 years of staying power in a predominantly male industry.
